I don’t know about the term “Guru.” For the most part, the folks who get that tag are simply people who are achieving some level of success or perceived success who are willing to lead. I aspire to be one of them one day and have already created products in the entertainment niche but that’s a whole other story.
There are a few people who’s information and leadership have actually helped me tremendously. Here’s who they are:
Rosiland Gardner – her blueprint for affiliate marketing is a classic text of the industry. She has launched and guided
Lynn Terry – She is one of the “walk the talk” teachers I like. She actually got started in the affiliate marketing business by reading Rosiland Gardner’s book so you know where she’s coming from. She co-hosts a popular internet marketing blog and stays up on the news in the industry.
Dan Ho – His system of maintaining a laser focus on one tactic (article marketing) was a great lesson to me to quit looking for the next silver bullet and just get to work.
There are others that I’ve followed over my time in this business but these three have helped the most.
